Inspect all parts for wear and deterioration |

Replace parts as necessary to bring pump to manufacturers specifications |

Replace and adjust seals/gaskets as necessary Adjust valve tappets for proper operation |

Test reciprocating pump |
Operate under load and inspect for abnormalities |
