MMA Method
In order to satisfy NVIC 12-14 Task 3.4 , MMA students must:
- Pass MMA Course MT-3122 Radar Observer Certification

The assessment is satisfied by successful completion of a Coast Guard approved or accepted course specified in 46 CFR 11.309(a)(4).

This KUP is demonstrated if the candidate has successfully completed the Radar Observer course specified in 46 CFR 11.309(a)(4)(ii) within the previous 5 years or holds a valid Radar Observer (Unlimited) endorsement. |
