The candidate lists and states the purpose (or selects the answer that lists and states the purpose) of the following commonly used fire fighting appliances, such as:

  1. Gated wye;
  2. Reducer;
  3. Adapter;
  4. Nozzle (variable stream or high velocity fog & applicator); and
  5. Monitor.
