Describe procedures for mooring to a buoy

The candidate’s description includes: Procedures when using the anchor chain; Procedures when using a special heavy wire rope; Use of messengers; Use of slip ropes; and Particular hazards associated with mooring to a buoy. NOTE: Particular attention should be paid to the use of safety equipment and precautions to minimize the risk of injury.
