Don a lifejacket

Condition

Aboard ship, or in an approved training course.

Performance requirement

Behavior Standard
The student will: During assessment, the student shall, at a minimum:

Don and secure a lifejacket.
  • Secure straps to prevent entanglement.
  • Don jacket within one minute without assistance.

Note: This assessment supports KUP PS-X1.4, and is assessed in PS-0301 4/C STCW Personal Survival.
