In a lifeboat, life raft or a training device that replicates a lifeboat or life raft, and given a packed sea anchor or a training device that replicates a sea anchor,

the candidate demonstrates the, deployment of the sea anchor and check for fouled deployment of the main lifeboat sea anchor, or the main and spare life raft sea anchor.

The candidate locates the instructions and properly deploys the sea anchor.
