Course

The assessment is satisfied by successful completion of a Coast Guard approved or accepted course specified in 46 CFR 11.309(a)(4).

This KUP is demonstrated by successful completion of the Cargo Handling and Stowage course specified in 46 CFR 11.309(a)(4)(x).

MMA Method

In order to satisfy NVIC 12-14 Task 11.01 , MMA students must:

  • Pass MMA Course MT‑2141 Ship Construction
  • Pass MMA Course MT‑3261 Containerization and Modern Cargo Stowage
