Boiler water test

In an approved simulator, laboratory, or aboard a ship, given access to a boiler water sample and test equipment.

Test the boiler water for the following:

Correctly explains the reason and importance for testing;
Correctly identifies the source, amount, and temperature of sample;
Correctly identifies the chemicals and amount;
Correctly performs test procedure and records results;
Correctly identifies corrective actions associated with the results if applicable;
No safety violations are observed.
