In an approved simulator or aboard a ship, given access to a main boiler.

Behavior

Perform a bottom blow of a boiler.

Standard

  1. Operations are planned and carried out in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and ship’s procedures to ensure safety of operations and avoid pollution of the environment;
  2. Task is correctly completed and described;
  3. No safety violations are observed.
