Condition
In a workshop/laboratory or other safe working environment, given a drilling machine, proper tools, lighting, ventilation, and steel stock of no less than 1- inch thickness.
Behavior
Plan, prepare and drill a 3/8 inch diameter blind hole 3/4 of an inch deep, perpendicular to the surface using a drilling machine, and describe actions as they are being performed.
Standard
- The plan and layout of the job are correct, in proper sequence, incorporating all safety considerations;
- Hole is drilled according to plan, round and within tolerance of +/- 1/64 inch;
- Actions are described correctly as they are being performed;
- No safety violations are observed.
