- The plan and layout of the job are correct, in proper sequence, and incorporate all safety considerations;
- All required equipment is set up and job is properly laid out;
- Specimen is tested according to plan;
- Actions being executed are described correctly as they are being performed;
- Correct test finding is reported;
- No safety violations are observed.
