Condition
In a workshop/ laboratory or other safe working environment, given 3/8 inch copper tube of at least 10 inches long, proper tools, and lighting.
Behavior
Plan, prepare and form a 90 degree bend on the copper tube using tube bender.
Standard
- The plan and layout of the job are correct, in proper sequence, and incorporate all safety considerations;
- All required equipment is set up and job is properly laid out;
- Copper tube is properly bent (proper angle achieved +/- 2 degrees and bend is free of defects and kinks);
- Actions being executed are described correctly as they are being performed;
- No safety violations are observed.
