The Marine Transportation department keeps its students busy all of cruise. Often deck cadets are found plotting star positions in the wee hours of the morning. Cadet Dominic Whitamore is shown here organizing his voyage plan. The voyage plan must entail plotting every move the ship makes from Buzzards Bay to every port and then back, this is a gruling task that takes dedication and self discipline.
