An integral part of cadet training aboard a ship is that of fire safety. These cadets are learning the purpose and proper use of the ships fire main system and equipment. Cadets man an At-Sea Fire Party and train by fighting mock fires. There are also races to see what group of cadets can assemble fire hoses and nozzles the fastest.
