Variable voltage from SCR

A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is a semiconductor device used for switching or controlling current, typically in high-power applications. SCRs can conduct current in one direction after being triggered and remain on until the current is interrupted. This interactive shows how the device can control output voltage by adjusting the timing of the gate pulse.
